NUTRITION PLAN: Here's a look at high I'm currently fueling my body!
My current bulk macros are 50/25/25 p/c/f @ 1,800 calories a day.
Meal 1: 2 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1/4c dry oats
Meal 2: 6oz. protein (chicken usually, 1/2c brown rice
Meal 3: Protein Shake
Meal 4: 1 can tuna mixed inside 1 bell pepper
Meal 5: 5oz protein (usually a lean red meat)
Meal 6: 2 whole eggs, 1/4c dry oats
Meal 7: Pre, Intra, and Post W/O – 1 scoop N.O. product, 1 scoop BCAAs, 1 scoop Creatine Mixture
Meal 8: 6oz protein, 1c green veggie
Meal 9: 1 tbsp peanut butter (Only on weight training days)
